Natalia Alfonso
Natalia Alfonso has 10 years of experience in the beauty market, studied at Academia llongueras in Spain where she began her career. Soon she returned to Brazil, where she acquired more experience and began to teach cosmetology courses at a well-known school in the country. It is always up-to-date and has taken several courses from renowned brands such as L’Oréal, Wella and with Brazil’s leading experts (@ rafaelbertolucci1, @lotufo, @romeufelipe, @marcosvianahair). Today her greatest specialty is blond hair, balayage and haircuts, and she heads the team of hairstylists at the Brazilian Concept Salon at the Spa.

Woman’s haircut
A good haircut is essential for the face to have harmony. In addition to accentuating the features of the face and revealing a little of the personality of each woman, the cut also has a strong influence on the beauty of the face.
Coloring

Hair extensions
It is a capillary stretching technique. It involves placing hair strands in the hair extension, which add more volume and length to the locks.
There are several ways to make Hair extensions – with adhesive tape, glue, barrettes, knots, among others
Hair treatments
The hair strand is basically composed of Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Sulfur, which together form a protein called keratin that represents 85% of the hair composition, completed by 12% water and 3% lipids. With the actions of the sun, wind, chlorine, sea water and chemicals, the hair loses keratin, water and lipids, and the treatments will restore health to the hair strands.
Capillary schedule
It is a sequence of scheduled procedures with several hair treatments, which together will treat the hair with extremely high intensity. Each product works performing a different task and attending to each possible damage that the hair may have. The idea is to make the hairdresser retain their clients with a weekly and sequential schedule, thus increasing their earnings, as it is perfect for all types of hair. It consists of 3 stages: moistening, nutrition and reconstruction.
Wetting
Essential step to regenerate from water bridges and moisture that the wires need. Provides softness, suppleness and lightness effect to the hair.
Nutrition
Nourishes hair through vegetable lipids and natural oils. This to restore health to dry, dull and lifeless hair. This step nourished the threads developing brightness, strength and vitality for the threads.
Reconstruction
An important step to replace keratin, proteins, and amino acids. Provides reconstruction of the hair fiber, with molecular affinity, to recover damaged hair, which suffers from porosity, frizz, breakage, and fall.
